If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, we will gladly accept a return of your item. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return it.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags. Returns that do not meet our requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

In order to process with the return, please send an email to info@the-upperhand.com explaining the reason for your return along with your full name and your order number. You should expect an answer from us within 72 hours.

• If you are unhappy with the style or size, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the item purchased on your account. Note: The store credit will not include the shipping cost or the duties and taxes.
• If the item arrived with a defect, the cost of the return will be covered by us and we will reimburse you.
• If you wish to exchange an item, the best way to do it is to return it and place a new order.

NB: You are liable for any shipping taxes and duties that will be incurred with the return of the product.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
